At Nine Line Apparel, we strive to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. Here’s how it works:

We accept returns for exchanges, refunds, or store credit within 60 days of the original order date.

Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item is not in acceptable condition.

Processing times may vary depending on return volume.

Only one return per order is allowed, so please address all concerns at once when initiating your return.

Items shipped as part of our Patriots Club subscription are exclusive and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

"Mystery" products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Limited-time designs that are no longer available on our website are only eligible for store credit, a refund, or an exchange for a different design.
