At Nine Line Apparel, we strive to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. Here’s how it works:

  • We accept returns for exchanges, refunds, or store credit within 60 days of the original order date.

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item is not in acceptable condition.

  • Processing times may vary depending on return volume.

Important Notes:

  • Only one return per order is allowed, so please address all concerns at once when initiating your return.

  • Items shipped as part of our Patriots Club subscription are exclusive and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • "Mystery" products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Limited-time designs that are no longer available on our website are only eligible for store credit, a refund, or an exchange for a different design.
